• Slide the foam wedge out of its old cover.
• Measure the width from the front edge back to the tall rear edge, then the length along the run, end to end.
• Measure the back height at the tall edge.
• Measure the front height at the thin edge — even if it looks like it tapers to nothing, record its true figure.
• Confirm which edge faces forward in use, note it with your order, and double-check all four numbers.
