What Rain and UV Actually Cost a Facility

The damage isn't just a wet game. Unprotected clay washes out and has to be reworked before it's playable again. Court surfaces pool water and take a day to dry safely. Bleacher sections left exposed through an off-season fade, stain, and collect bird droppings that need pressure-washing before the next home opener. A tarp sized to the field, court, or section is the difference between a 20-minute cover-and-uncover and a rain delay that eats the day.

Chain-Weighted Mound Covers: No Sandbags, No Stakes

Baseball and softball mounds get their own construction. Instead of grommets and stakes, our weighted mound tarps have a galvanized chain sewn directly into the perimeter hem. The tarp's own weight holds it down in wind up to 50 mph, with no sandbags to haul out, no stakes to drive and pull, and no trip hazard on the mound between innings. One person can deploy or clear it in the time it takes to walk the bases. The same construction covers home plate and bullpen mounds.

Custom Sizing for Every Surface

Facility geometry doesn't come in stock sizes, so every tarp here is cut to order:

• Baseball and softball — full infield coverage, spot covers for high-traffic areas, and chain-weighted mound and home plate tarps in rectangle, square, or round.

• Tennis courts — sized to your court's exact dimensions, with 1.5" reinforced webbing sewn around the perimeter by default for fast, high-tension rollout before rain delays start.

• Stadium and bleacher seating — row-length covers sized to the seat depth and back height of your actual bleacher sections, for off-season protection or single-event use.

• Long jump and triple jump pits — rectangular covers built to the pit's exact dimensions, keeping sand dry, unpackable, and free of animal contamination between practices.

Built for Daily Institutional Use

Facility tarps get deployed and cleared far more often than a homeowner cover, so the construction has to hold up to that cycle. Both fabrics are heat-welded rather than stitched, so repeated folding doesn't work a seam loose. Grommets sit in a reinforced hem rather than punched through open panel. And where a facility runs multiple courts or fields, ordering direct means every tarp matches the same spec instead of whatever a groundskeeper found at a hardware store.
