Custom Shape Cushion Covers

Description

Your custom-shaped cushion needs a custom cushion cover. Generic covers won't work; they're made for standard rectangles and squares, not your unique furniture.

We make outdoor cushion covers based on your exact shape and dimensions. Send us the accurate measurements. We'll build a cover that fits perfectly, no matter how complex the shape. You can also upload a photo during customization. Also, if you have any doubts, you can connect with us, and we will guide you through the process.

Choose Sunbrella Horizon for waterproof protection in wet environments, or Sunbrella Canvas for breathable comfort on patios and general outdoor use. Both deliver UV protection, durability, and long-lasting performance.

Optional: Add dry fast foam inserts during customization. Dry fast foam doesn't retain water and dries quickly; ideal for outdoor use.

Why Choose Custom Cushion Covers?

• Exact Fit for Your Shape: Any geometry works: curves, angles, multi-sided shapes, irregular cuts. You measure right, we build to match.

• Two Fabric Choices: Pick Sunbrella Horizon (waterproof vinyl) or Sunbrella Canvas (breathable acrylic) based on your environment and needs.

• YKK Zippers: Industry-standard zippers from the world's largest manufacturer. Known for durability, smooth operation, and reliability.

• 5-Year Warranty: Fabric guaranteed against color loss and strength degradation for 5 years.

• 3-Year Pinking Warranty (Horizon Only): Sunbrella Horizon includes protection against pink staining from bacteria for 3 years.

Fabrics information

Choose your fabric during customization of your outdoor cushion covers:

Sunbrella Horizon (Marine-Grade Waterproof Vinyl):

5-year warranty against color/strength loss + 3-year warranty against microbial pinking.

Best for: Boats, poolside, coastal areas, high-moisture environments where waterproof protection is critical.

Sunbrella Canvas (Weather-Resistant Breathable Fabric):

100% solution-dyed acrylic with a soft canvas texture. Weather-resistant, water-resistant (not waterproof), UV-resistant, fade-resistant. Breathable construction prevents moisture buildup. Resists mold, mildew, stains, tears, and abrasion. Easy to clean with soap and water, bleach-cleanable for tough stains.
