Outdoor sofas fail in pieces. The two seat cushions facing the sun go first, the backs follow a year later, and somewhere along the way, one cover meets a glass of red wine. Buying a whole new cushion set every time the fabric loses the fight is the costly route. A custom sofa cushion cover set replaces just the fabric — every piece, measured individually, delivered as one matched family.
Measured individually is the part that matters. On most outdoor couches, the middle seat is a different width than the ends, the backs taper, and a sectional adds its own oddities. A set built from per-cushion measurements fits the sofa you own; a boxed 'universal set' fits a sofa that doesn't exist.
Go for a waterproof sofa cushion cover set in Horizon if the couch sleeps outside year-round, or Canvas for the covered porch — either way, a replacement sofa cushion cover set turns the most-used furniture you own back into the piece people head for first.

Why Choose Our Custom Sofa Cushion Cover Sets?
A Set That Matches Itself
Same fabric lot, same production run, same color — across the seat and back. Replacing all the covers at once is what makes an aging sofa look genuinely new instead of patched.
Middle Seats Are Never the Same Width
We pattern each cushion from its own numbers, because sofas mix sizes constantly: wider ends, narrower middles, tapered backs. The set arrives labeled, and every piece drops onto its own cushion.
Seats Take Compression, Backs Take Sun
Seat covers are built with full boxed walls to handle daily sitting; back covers follow their slimmer profile and stay taut. Different jobs, different patterns — one consistent look.
Clean One Cushion, Not the Whole Couch
Every piece zips off independently. One bird-bombed back cushion doesn't send the entire set to the wash — pull the one cover, rinse or wipe it, zip it home.
Cheaper Than New Cushions, Smarter Too
The foam in a sofa set is the expensive part and the last to fail. Re-covering keeps it in service, warranty-backed for 5 years on the fabric, at a fraction of the price of new fills.
Step-by-Step Measuring Guide
• Number each cushion with painter's tape before you start — seat left, seat right, back center, and so on.
• Pull the foam from one cushion at a time and measure it bare: width, depth, thickness.
• For back cushions, note the taper if the top edge is narrower than the bottom.
• Record every cushion against its tape label so the finished covers land on the right foam.
• Review the full list once more before checkout — sets are sewn per piece, exactly as entered.
A sofa set lives or dies on consistency. Six cushions in six subtly different shades — because they were bought at different times or faded at different rates — reads as shabby from across the yard. We cut an entire sofa cushion cover set from the same fabric lot in one production run: seats, backs, and any extras, all matching the dye batch.
Both fabric lines handle the full set. Sunbrella Horizon is the marine-grade waterproof vinyl for couches that face open sky — it sheds rain outright and wipes clean between weekends. Sunbrella Canvas is the woven solution-dyed acrylic for covered lounges, softer against bare skin on a warm evening and just as colorfast. Either way, the warranty is Sunbrella's 5-year limited coverage on every piece in the order.
Seats and backs are engineered differently because they wear differently. Seat covers get boxed walls at full thickness and take the compression; back covers are patterned to their own, usually thinner, profile so they stay plump-looking instead of drooping. Each cushion closes with its own corrosion-resistant YKK zipper.
• Complete sets — seat and back cushions patterned together from one order

• One fabric lot across the set for a dye-perfect color match
