Frequently Asked Questions

The cover can still be used for islands without a grill. Simply provide the measurements for the countertop and storage areas, and we will tailor the cover to fit those sections.

Yes, the custom cover features strategically placed air vents that allow moisture and condensation to escape, preventing mold and mildew from forming underneath the cover.

It's important to measure all key sections of your L-shaped island, including the grill hood, countertop, and storage areas. If you're unsure, our customer service team is available to guide you through the measurement process to ensure the cover fits perfectly.

The Left Depth and Right Depth measurements are taken from the front edge of the island to the back edge of each section. Ensure that these depths include any overhangs or features that protrude.

I received the wrong item and charged an additional $34 for import fees
They have replied that I will receive the $34 back but I’m still waiting for an update on the cover

Disappointed

The size is perfect, however I am disappointed that there is no zipper in it. It takes 2 people to put the cover on without being able to open it on one corner.

Love it

Great product

Cover feels substantial and durable

Great covers, just as advertised

Great waterproof material and made to spec.

The material is good quality. The fit is not good, despite their website requiring a number of different measurements. Part of me suspects the website photos were generated by AI, as they’re almost too perfect.

Worth the money

I just received my order. I am very happy with the product.
It fits perfectly. Please let the people who created the cover know; they did a great job.
Here's a picture. I hope the material will last a long time against the sun. Just keep in mind that it does take 4-6 weeks so be very patient unlike me. haha. totally worth it
