This round tarp is 18 oz PVC-coated fabric, engineered into circular geometry for industrial equipment.
610 gsm, 22 mil, with a 1000-denier scrim. Abrasion-resistant, oil- and grease-resistant, cold-crack resistant to -20°F. The specification for tanks, silos, and heavy machinery left outdoors permanently.
The circular cut means the hem carries tension evenly around the full circumference instead of bunching at folded corners. Rustproof brass grommets at four points by default, or spaced at approximately 24, 18, or 12 inches; welded D-rings at 24 or 12 inches. Reinforced webbing is worth adding for tanks in exposed, high-wind locations. Large-diameter tanks and silos are covered the same way as smaller equipment — panels are seamed and heat-welded together for spans wider than a single fabric roll.
