What is the Loyalty Program?

Our Loyalty Program is designed to reward you for engaging with our brand. You can earn Points by completing various actions such as signing up, making purchases, writing reviews, and more. These Points can be redeemed for discounts and other rewards.

How can I earn Points?

You can earn Points by participating in various activities such as signing up for our newsletter, referring friends, making purchases, celebrating your birthday, and following us on social media. Each action has a specific Points reward.

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend, simply share your unique referral link with them. When your friend makes a purchase using your link, both you and your friend will earn Points.

How can I redeem my Points?

You can redeem your Points for discounts on future purchases. Simply choose the reward you want, apply it at checkout, and enjoy your savings.

What happens if I don't use my Points?

Points expire 6 months after they are earned, so make sure to use them before then. Keep an eye on your Points balance and expiration dates to maximize your rewards.

Can I earn Points by following on social media?

Yes, you can earn Points by following us on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Make sure to connect your social accounts to earn your Points.

How do I check my Points balance?

You can check your Points balance by logging into your account on our website. Your Points balance and history will be visible in the Loyalty Program section.

Is there a limit to how many Points I can earn?

While there are no overall limits to the number of Points you can earn, some activities may have specific limits, such as once per lifetime for signing up.

What should I do if I have issues with my Points?

If you experience any issues with your Points, such as not receiving them after completing an action, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
